Scones sunt reteta traditionala de biscuiti englezesti serviti la ceai. Ca textura sunt intre paine si biscuiti. Foarte usor de facut.<br />

Scoateti merisorul intr-un bol si spalati robotul pentru aluatul de baza. </div>

Adaugati in robotul de bucatarie coaja rasa de la cele doua mandarine, faina si untul la temperatura camerei taiat cubulete. Aamestecati compozitia la viteza 1 dar nu foarte mult; pana arata ca pesmetul (granulat). Adaugati cele 3 oua, laptele, zaharul, sarea si praful de copt. Dati la robot (viteza 1) pana devine un aluat omogen; nu foarte tare si nici foarte moale. O sa vedeti ca tot aluatul se va aduna uniform in jurul cutitului de la robot. </div>

Sa simt aromele si ingredientul principal. Luam masa foarte des (saptamanal as zice) la restaurantul Capriciosa. Cred ca toata lumea il stie: au mancare foarte "corecta" cum ar spune un prieten de familie.<br />

Pregatesc zilnic cina acasa si incerc sa diversific menu-ul sa impac pe toata lumea: pe copii (destul de reticenti as spune), pe sotul meu (gusturi speciale) si pe mine (eu fiind singura gurmanda).<br />

Asa ca am facut paste cu creveti si rosii cherry.<br />

Ingrediente pt 4 persoane:<br />
- 1 punga de creveti congelati (decorticati, doar cu codita)<br />
- 5 catei usturoi<br />
- 1 ceapa medie<br />
- 1 mana buna de rosii cherry<br />
- o lingurita cimbru<br />
- sare de mare<br />
- un praf piper<br />
- 3 linguri ulei de masline<br />

Pune-ti pastele (spagheti) la fiert cu sare conform instructiunilor de pe pachet, cu mentiunea ca este nevoie sa fie aproape facute (al dente).<br />

Intre timp intr-o tigaie mai adanca sau wok incingeti uleiul de masline, adaugati usturoiul si ceapa si 4 linguri de apa ca sa evitam prajeala (neasanatoasa). dupa 1 minut adaugati crevetii (fara sa ii decongelati) si rosiile cherry. Sunt atenta la ce mananc si de aceea prefer sa imi pastrez sursele. Legumele le iau de la o prietena (<a href="http://www.legumefericite.ro/">www.legumefericite.ro</a>) si iarna folosesc rosii cherry congelate. Micute, frumoase si foarte gustoase.<br />

Lasa la foc mare totul, pune sare, piper si cimbru. Trebuie sa aiba mereu zeama; daca ramane fara mai adauga f putina apa. timpul de gatire este de maxim 5 minute. Cand sunt gata pastele le scurgi fara sa le speli si opresti o cana din zeama in care au fiert ca sa completezi sosul.<br />
Pastele scurse le adaugi in tigaie peste sosul cu creverti si rosii, amesteci bine la foc mare, mai adaugi din apa in care au fiert (nu foarte mult, atat cat pastele sa nu fie uscate, sa aiba consistenta celor pe care le mananci la restaurant).<br />

Mie imi place mai picant asa ca adaug in farfurie cand sunt fierbinti piper proaspat.<br />

Majoritatea copiilor se lasa greu convinsi sa manace fructe. Ai mei mananca doar pere, mere si afine... in rest este nevoie sa apelez la trucuri sa le asigur vitamine.<br />

Astazi am incercat o bautura noua mixand ce aveam in casa si anume: afine bio (am la congelator luate de la prietena mea <a href="http://www.legumefericite.ro/">Doamna de Verde</a>), suc de mere <a href="http://www.meritabio.ro/">Merita Bio</a> si o banana ca sa indulceasca combinatia dintre mere si afine.<br />

Asadaram pus in blender 1 mana de afine, 300 ml suc de mere si o banana si le-am omogenizat.<br />
Sucul rezultat are consistenta unui smoothie. Foarte bun!<br />

Adaugati sare, piper negru proaspat macinat, usturoiul taiat marunt (NU il trecut prin sita sau facut pasta), patrunjelul taiat marunt si ulei de masline; eu folosesc uleiul aromat cu busuioc de la <a href="http://www.oliviers-co.ro/">Olivers&CO</a> (magazin in Promenada), dar merge si ulei simplu de masline. Amestecati totul in bol pana se incorporeaza toate ingredientele si zeama lasata de rosii se va ingrosa de la uleiul de masline si avocado. V-o recomand cu paine prajita in weekend la micul dejun sau cand optati pentru o cina usoara. </span></div>
